## What is a live broadcast?

A live broadcast is a remotely produced online event where all or part of the audience are remote.

The following guide provides information about who is involved, what happens next and how to ensure things run smoothly.

## What to expect from us:

Every live broadcast will have the following team members assigned:

* **Wavecast Producer**: Main point of contact for project management and day-to-day support.
* **Wavecast Engineer**: Technical specialist that delivers the live broadcast, including speaker onboarding and technical checks, mixing video, graphics and slides.

As standard, the following are supplied:

* **Broadcast graphics**: Brand-specific namestraps, session slate and end slate.
* **Speaker green room link(s)**: For speakers who will join the broadcast remotely, a link to "backstage" where all speakers and the Wavecast Engineer will be present.
* [***Slides***](/live/deliver-live-content/slides.md) **link**: A webpage where slide decks are uploaded in PDF in order to be mixed into the live broadcast.
* [***Presenter View***](/live/engage-audiences.md#presenter-view) **link**: A webpage where the presenter/moderator can view Q\&A or comments from the audience.
* **On-demand session video**: The final recording of the session, top and tailed with session slates.
